Cinit, the fast, small and simple init with support for profiles, is alive again!

There is now a mailing list up again and the new website is being prepared.

Additionally, cinit is also mirrored at github now.

My plan is to release at least cinit 0.3pre15 this year, but maybe also version 0.3, which should be a complete replacement for 0.2.
